Here's exactly what happens from your first message to launch and beyond, including how payments work.

- Message meTell me what you need on WhatsApp, by email or with the contact form. No technical language needed.
- Clear plan and quoteI send a written proposal: what I'll build, the timeline and a fixed price. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
- 50% depositWhen you accept, a 50% deposit books your project and work begins.
- Design and buildI design first, then build in stages. You see real progress and give feedback; two rounds of changes per stage are included.
- Launch and supportWhen it's finished and you've approved it, the final 50% is due, then I launch it, show you how it works, and fix any bugs free for 30 days.

If plans change
You can pause or cancel at any time. Cancel within 7 days of paying the deposit and before work starts, and you get the deposit back minus a 10% booking fee. Once work has started, the deposit covers the time booked and the work done. Full details are in the terms and conditions.
Questions about the process
How do payments work?
A 50% deposit books your project and starts the work. The remaining 50% is due on completion, before launch. Projects longer than four weeks can be split into a payment plan: 50% to start, 25% at the halfway point and 25% before launch.
How long does it take?
Websites usually take days, booking and business systems 1–4 weeks, and mobile apps 1–3 months. Your quote includes a timeline.
What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel at any time. The deposit covers time already booked and work already done; the full cancellation terms are on the terms page.
What happens after launch?
You get 30 days of free fixes for any bugs in my work. After that, you can add a monthly support plan or message me whenever you need a change.
